Who we are
Adeva Pro Pty Ltd (ABN 67 647 574 034) is an Authorised Representative of National Support Services Group Pty Ltd (ABN 11 114 514 742, License No. 3405471). We provide debt resolution services and operate in compliance with the ACCC/ASIC Debt Collection Guideline for Collectors and Creditors.
What information we collect
- Identity information — name, date of birth, address, and (where required) identity-document numbers used to verify you under the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act.
- Contact information — email address, phone number, and postal address.
- Account information — debt details supplied to us by the original creditor, payment history, and any hardship or dispute information you provide.
- Payment information — card details are entered directly into Stripe and never touch our servers; we only retain tokenised references.
- Technical information — IP address, device, browser, and usage logs needed to keep the portal secure.
How we use your information
- To verify your identity and locate the correct account.
- To communicate with you about your account, payment plans, hardship applications, and disputes.
- To process payments, refunds, and settlements.
- To meet our legal, regulatory, and contractual obligations.
- To improve our services, detect fraud, and maintain platform security.
Who we share it with
We share your personal information with the original creditor (the business you owe), payment providers (Stripe), regulated Australian financial institutions for direct-debit processing, and government agencies where required by law. We do not sell your personal information.
Storage and security
We store your data in Australian-region data centres with encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest. Card data is handled exclusively by Stripe under PCI DSS. Access is restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis and is audited.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, withdraw consent for non-essential processing, and request deletion (subject to legal record-keeping obligations). To exercise these rights, email privacy@adevapro.com.au.
Complaints
If you believe we have mishandled your personal information, please contact us first at privacy@adevapro.com.au. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can escalate to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at oaic.gov.au, or the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) at afca.org.au.
